About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridges Hospice Staff Resource App (the "App"), provided by Bensolutions LLC d/b/a Noise Meld ("Noise Meld") to Bridges Hospice, Inc. for use by Bridges Hospice staff. By signing in to the App you agree to these Terms.

Effective June 14, 2026.

Who can use the App

The App is for active Bridges Hospice staff with accounts provisioned by Bridges Hospice administrators. It is not available to the general public, and it is not for use by anyone under 18.

Your account

  • Bridges Hospice issues your account. Account creation, role changes, password resets, and deactivation are handled by Bridges Hospice administrators.
  • Your sign-in credentials are personal. Do not share them, and do not let another person sign in as you.
  • If you lose access to a device where you were signed in, notify Bridges Hospice promptly so your sessions can be revoked.
  • Biometric unlock (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) is offered as a convenience after the first sign-in. The same Bridges Hospice authentication backend remains the source of truth.

Acceptable use

  • Use the App only for authorized Bridges Hospice work.
  • Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) into the Ask tab. Use Ask for operational, HR, and policy questions only.
  • Do not attempt to access content or settings outside your role's authorization.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or publish internal Bridges Hospice content surfaced through the App outside of authorized work channels.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the App or its security measures.
  • Do not use the App to harass, defame, or harm any other Bridges Hospice staff member, patient, or family.

Ownership

The App

  • The native iOS and Android applications, their source code, design, and trademarks are owned by Bensolutions LLC d/b/a Noise Meld.
  • No license is granted other than the right to use the App for its intended purpose as a Bridges Hospice staff member.

Bridges Hospice content

  • Forms, policies, procedures, and other internal documents surfaced through the App are owned and controlled by Bridges Hospice.
  • Answers returned by the Ask tab are derived from Bridges Hospice's indexed corpus and are subject to Bridges Hospice's content policies.

Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what information the App collects and how it is used. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

Ask tab and informational content

Information surfaced through the Ask tab and through other content in the App is provided for staff reference. It does not replace professional clinical judgement, supervisor guidance, or direct review of authoritative Bridges Hospice policies.

Ask responses are generated by Google's Gemini File Search service against the indexed Bridges Hospice corpus. Like any AI system, Ask can make mistakes, miss context, or surface outdated material. Verify anything that informs a clinical or operational decision against the underlying document or with the relevant Bridges Hospice supervisor.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Noise Meld does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noise Meld is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

  • Bridges Hospice may revoke your access to the App at any time, including when your employment with Bridges Hospice ends.
  • Noise Meld may suspend the App or your access to it to investigate suspected misuse, address a security incident, or perform maintenance.
  • Noise Meld may discontinue the App with reasonable notice to Bridges Hospice.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and communicate the changes through the App and through Bridges Hospice's internal channels. Continued use of the App after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without reference to choice-of-law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
